Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy making a difference in the lives of senior patients. Our team provides personalized therapeutic care in senior living communities, focusing on improving quality of life through rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment programs based on clinical evaluations
- Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Take part in clinical conferences to share and coordinate care plans
- Treat residents individually in private sessions, applying a functional-based approach
Requirements
Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements. Must have a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology and current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are required.
Qualifications
Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the ability to individualize treatment sessions and work effectively as part of a team.

USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
