Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors. Our team focuses on providing personalized care and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based on clinical evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Take part in clinical conferences to share and coordinate care plans for patients.
• Treat residents individually in private sessions, applying a functional-based approach.

Requirements

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain one before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Pay

USD $39.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, no weekend or holiday requirements.
