Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy making a difference in the lives of senior patients. Our team provides personalized therapeutic care in senior living communities, helping residents improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques
• Develop and implement treatment programs based on comprehensive clinical evaluations
• Provide rehabilitative services according to medical orders as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Take part in clinical conferences to share and coordinate care plans for patients
• Treat residents individually in private sessions, applying a functional-based approach

Requirements

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before starting employment
• Excellent interpersonal, financial, and clinical skills

Pay

USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 / Hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
