Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing excellent speech therapy services in Chadron/Crawford, NE at a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Create treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Help patients achieve their goals

Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• Certification: CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
