Speech Language Pathologist

Location: North Tonawanda, NY (DeGraff Medical Park)

About the Role

Evaluates and develops interventions for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, including speech (articulation, fluency, voice), language, cognition, memory, and oral/pharyngeal mechanism.

Requirements

• MA, MS, or PhD in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited school
• Speech Language Pathologist license or limited permit (12 months from date of hire or transfer)
• 6 months of experience (preferred)
• Active membership in the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (preferred)

Schedule

• Part-time, 30 hours bi-weekly (FTE: 0.40)
• Shifts: 7a–3p, 7:30a–3:30p, 8a–4p, 8a–12p, 12p–4p
• Weekend/holiday requirement: Yes
• On-call: Not required
• Union: U31 - CWA 1168 DMH Professionals

Pay

Salary Range: $43.18 – $54.68 per hour. Wage determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and applicable collective bargaining agreement.
