Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
About the role
Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions throughout Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available with:
- Early Childhood (Pre-K)
- Elementary School
- Middle School
- High School
- Mixed PK–12 Caseloads
- Specialized Programs
- Autism Support Programs
- Life Skills Classrooms
- Inclusive and Resource-Based Settings
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary by placement but can include:
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to PK–12 students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
- Support students with: Articulation and phonological disorders, Receptive and expressive language needs, Social/pragmatic communication, Fluency disorders, Voice disorders, AAC and assistive communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Support students' communication skills across educational environments
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)
- Active Massachusetts SLP License or eligibility DESE Educator License (Speech, LanguageHearing Disorders) or eligibility
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
