About the Role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one speech therapy to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class care.
- Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to reinforce skills and exercises at home.
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
- Pursue lifelong learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.

Pay
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
