Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, with flexible scheduling options available to help support work-life balance. You’ll work with children ages 10 and under, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Track progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.
- Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
- Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
- Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage.
- Familiarity with AAC devices and implementation in treatment sessions.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.

Pay
Compensation: $36 - $42 an hour
