Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats patients
• Treatment planning and goal setting
• Family education and documentation
• Ensures compliance with organizational guidelines, professional standards, and community needs
• Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients
• Participates in cross-disciplinary coordination to provide consistent patient care
• Engages in quality assurance and customer service activities

Requirements

• Masters of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
• Licensure or certification as required by State guidelines
• CPR Certification
• One year of Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred
• One to two years of experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered
