Speech Language Pathologist
About the Role
Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking speech-language pathologists to join our team in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester Counties. We are a therapist-owned and operated agency committed to providing superior quality services to children in need of therapeutic interventions. Our therapists employ evidence-based practices to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families.
We provide a full range of services for children ages 0-5 throughout Philadelphia and 0-3 services in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and special instruction tailored to each child's needs.
We have full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions available for our 0-3 and 3-5 programs. Therapists can choose their hours (10–40 per week), location, and time of day they prefer to work. Although experienced therapists are preferred, we also offer a limited number of Clinical Fellowship (CF) positions with competitive salaries and a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages 0-5 using evidence-based practices.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
- Collaborate with families and other therapists to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and high motivation.
- Experience working with young children with disabilities.
- Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF).
