Speech-Language Pathologist

About the role

Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is now hiring a passionate geriatric focused Speech Language Pathologist at their partner Assisted Living Facilities in Bedford and Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
• Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources
• Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals
• Accurately document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active or pending SLP license
• Strong interest or experience in geriatric care
• Skilled in communication, interpersonal relationships, and patient engagement
• Passionate about providing evidence-based, high-quality care
• Committed to learning, growing, and contributing to a team

Qualifications

• Experience working with a senior population
• Ability to provide one-on-one, hour-long treatment sessions
• Knowledge of diverse care settings for professional variety
• Interest or experience in senior-focused mentorship and clinical development
