About the role
We’re the nation’s largest rehabilitation private practice to make Geriatric House Calls™ in patient homes and senior living communities, with over 4,000 clinicians treating in 38 states plus D.C. and growing.Responsibilities
- Provide geriatric care services in patients' homes and senior living communities.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers and families.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Current license to practice in at least one state.
- Experience in geriatric care preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and work in various locations.
