Pay
1099: $60–$65/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient speech or swallow evaluations and/or screens of patients
- Develop plan of care, downgrade/upgrade as appropriate, manage meal texture
- Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses
- Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software

Requirements
- Current NYS SLP license and registration
- Clinical Competence Certification (CCC)
- CPR certificate
- EMR competence
- Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a nursing facility
- Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable)
- Clinical fellows (CFY) not accepted at this time
