Schedule Options

  • PRN — for SLPs that want maximum flexibility: no minimum weekly hour requirement and opportunities to provide make-up sessions, rescheduled visits, evaluations, and coverage as needed.
  • Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency: requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families.
  • Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that want a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-, or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities.

Pay

  • PRN & Part-Time Hourly Clinical Rate: $40-$54/hour. Covers both direct sessions & documentation time.
  • Full-Time Salary (Exempt): Annualized compensation between $67,000-$94,000. The more high-demand hours you work (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays), the higher your compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
  • Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
  • Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
  • Participate in required training and team communication.
  • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.

Requirements

  • CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number.
  • Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
  • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently.
  • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.
