Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Copper Ridge Health and Rehab in Butte, Montana is hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join their supportive, high-performing therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in the skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current license to practice in Montana.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and techniques relevant to speech-language pathology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using speech-language pathology software and equipment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
