Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure—or in the process of obtaining it.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• CPR Certification (requirement varies by state/location).
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
• Commitment to positively representing your discipline and Consonus Rehab in the community.
