Compensation

  • Full-Time W-2 Position: Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Pay-Per-Visit W-2 Option: $50 - $56 per visit
  • Compensation based on experience and PTO preference

Schedule

  • Create a schedule that works for you: Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
  • Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday
  • Four 10-hour days
  • Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM
  • Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week

Your Role as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Qualifications

  • CCC-SLP required
  • Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships)
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
