Responsibilities

  • Navigate complex cases with interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Provide compassionate and effective speech-language therapy to children and families
  • Mentor and train new clinicians
  • Earn performance-based bonuses and referral bonuses

Requirements

  • Licensed (or eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
  • Passionate about pediatric therapy
  • Commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current license to practice in Texas
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Schedule

Designed for balance, start at 30 hours/week with growth to 40 hours. Preferred schedule: 4-day workweek 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri). Flexible scheduling to support your personal and professional life.
