Responsibilities
- Navigate complex cases with interdisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
- Provide compassionate and effective speech-language therapy to children and families
- Mentor and train new clinicians
- Earn performance-based bonuses and referral bonuses
Requirements
- Licensed (or eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Passionate about pediatric therapy
- Commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice in Texas
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Schedule
Designed for balance, start at 30 hours/week with growth to 40 hours. Preferred schedule: 4-day workweek 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri). Flexible scheduling to support your personal and professional life.
