Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

We are seeking energetic and collaborative Speech Therapists to join our talented team. A day in the life of a CI therapist is filled with learning, growing, creating, hard work and most of all - fun!

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to meet the needs of clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate individual client needs
• Document progress notes and maintain client records

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with children and families

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Experience with various assessment tools and techniques

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping

Pay

A competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional compensation annually based on productivity.
