Speech Language Pathologist
About the role
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to the development of treatment programs/protocols. They will also stay current with evidence-based practice guidelines and participate in educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients
- Meticulously implement individualized treatment plans
- Develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols
- Shape departmental and organizational goals
- Provide speech language evaluations, care planning, patient treatment, and education
- Collaborate with the team to develop a coordinated care plan
- Complete required documentation and billing according to local, state, and federal law
- Stay current with evidenced-based practice guidelines and new research
- Accept assignments for student clinical education at all levels of training
Requirements
- Masters in Speech Language upon hire
- Speech Language Pathologist license in Nebraska upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
- Knowledgeable and complete required documentation and billing requirements

Pay
The posted compensation range is $34.69 - $51.59 /hour, reflecting the reasonable estimate of what CommonSpirit Health might pay for this position based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit Health reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
