About the role

Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned pediatric practice and Certified Autism Center serving children across Eastern North Carolina. Our multidisciplinary team provides: Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Mental Wellness/Counseling, and Educational Services. Children are served in our state-of-the-art sensory clinics, community settings, and schools.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on therapy, not paperwork: Our incredible administrative team handles scheduling, insurance authorizations, and logistics so you can spend more time doing what matters most… helping kids communicate and thrive.
  • Flexible schedules with optional 4-day work weeks and 3-day weekends.
  • Private speech therapy offices for SLPs.
  • Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, counselors, and educators to support children with a wide variety of diagnoses in a truly integrated environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

Salary OR per-billable-hour compensation options with weekly and monthly bonuses.

Schedule

37.5 hours = full-time. Flexible schedules with optional 4-day work weeks.
