Responsibilities

• Focus on therapy, not paperwork: administrative team handles scheduling, insurance authorizations, and logistics.
• Design a schedule that works for your life; many therapists choose 4‑day work weeks and 3‑day weekends.
• Work in private speech‑therapy offices designed for effective communication therapy.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, counselors, and educators in a multidisciplinary team.
• Receive personalized career growth support, including leadership, specialization, mentorship, or compensation maximization.

Pay

Salary OR per‑billable‑hour compensation options with weekly and monthly bonuses.

Schedule

• 37.5 hours = full‑time
• Flexible schedules with optional 4‑day work weeks
• No weekends or holidays
