About the role
Large, growing team of SLPsCaseload average 15-25 clients (mix of Bridgeway students and outpatients)
Two days of CEU time plus stipends for fees
Covered licensure fees
Co-treats with OT, PT, Music Therapy, psychology, social work
Dedicated therapy spaces with up-to-date testing and materials
Opportunities for internal PRN work
Responsibilities
- Full-time employment at BridgeWay Therapy Center- Work with a diverse caseload including Bridgeway students and outpatients
- Participate in two days of continuing education units (CEUs) with stipends for fees
- Receive coverage for licensure fees
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, psychologists, and social workers
- Utilize dedicated therapy spaces equipped with up-to-date testing and materials
- Have opportunities for part-time work within the organization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of [State]
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applying as a CFY candidate
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or complex medical needs
Skills
- Proficiency in using evidence-based practices- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual client needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
