Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver both one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Document progress to ensure quality outcomes and support resident care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff to promote understanding and ongoing care.
