Speech Language Pathologist

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in November through Spring Break. This in-person position offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in a school-based setting near Stockbridge, MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Support students in achieving their communication goals

Requirements

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay

$55/hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• In-person
• November through Spring Break (2026–2027 school year)
