About the role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide personalized speech therapy services in community settings, focusing on functional outcomes for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 1:1 speech therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs
• Participating in an interdisciplinary team to support holistic patient care
• Contributing to clinically excellent, autonomous treatment plans
• Supporting patient progress to improve quality of life

Requirements

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility in practice state(s)
• Degree from an accredited speech therapy program
• Basic computer literacy and current CPR certification
