About the role

This is a center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role serving children with autism, primarily ages 2-7 years. The position focuses on early intervention, social development, and school readiness in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech therapy services with clients aged 2-7 years
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and needs
  • Help clients improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Maintain timely and accurate client records and reports
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate client care
  • Educate families on strategies for managing conditions

Qualifications

  • New York State Speech and Language Pathology License
  • Experience working with children, particularly ages 2-7 years
  • Experience with developmental disorders and delays
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English

Physical Requirements
