Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Utilize clinical skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
