Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

Looking for an aMAYZing SLP to join our team and LEAD our Speech Department to greatness!

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients to diagnose the nature and extent of impairment and analyzes speech, language, and oral motor skills
• Developing therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
• Implementing standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
• Establishing treatment goals and offering home programs to support families
• Collaborating with OT's & PT's to ensure consistency among disciplines of treatment
• Supervision of SLPA's, CF’s

Requirements

We welcome candidates who offer strong leadership skills, experience with supervision and mentorship, effective communication and problem-solving abilities and the desire to collaborate with our team to develop innovative ideas and exceptional care. Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
