About the role
Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients across various settings including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients and families regarding communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
