Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support
Requirements
- Experience providing speech and language therapy and evaluations in a school setting
- Experience working with families and caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary school teams
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
