Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals
  • Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support

Requirements

  • Experience providing speech and language therapy and evaluations in a school setting
  • Experience working with families and caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary school teams
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Active Massachusetts SLP license
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
