About the role
Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to support mobility, independence, and wellness
- Document in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
Qualifications
- Valid state license in Speech Language Pathology
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current CPR certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Physical demands
- Assisting patients with transfers
- Repositioning
- Driving between locations
