About the Role
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited speech therapy program (Required)
- Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited speech therapy program (Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant experience (Required)
- CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) (1 year required)
- LIC-Driver's License - State of Michigan (Required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines)
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) (Required within 90 days)
