About the role

This position evaluates and treats medically prescribed therapy services to maximize developmental potential, functional gains, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat medically prescribed therapy services
• Achieve maximum developmental potential, functional gains, and independence
• Work independently and in teams
• Makes appropriate decisions based on each patient’s functional needs
• Work on weekends, holidays, and late hours on a rotational basis as needed

Requirements

• Masters degree
• Basic Life Support certification
• Speech-Language Pathologist license or Provisional Speech-Language Pathologist license (provisional license acceptable during the Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Current Florida licensure required, provisional license acceptable during the Clinical Fellowship Year, must hold Florida license upon completion of CFY which may not exceed 12 months
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications
