About the Role
Assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a home-health setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide services within legal practice scope and coordinate with the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient function and assist in developing therapy plans.
- Treat patients to improve communication and functional abilities.
- Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
Requirements
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the specified state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
- Availability for weekend rotations.

Pay
