Speech Language Pathologist 26 -27 School Year
About the role
Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services throughout MSAD 72 in Fryeburg, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, district-wide position supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs across the district. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with educators, families, and related service providers to help students achieve success in the educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators
- Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic, and other communication needs
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Maine SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Assignment Details
- District-wide caseload within MSAD 72
- In-person services only
- 40 hours per week
- 39-week contract
- Full 2026–2027 school year
- Start date: September 1, 2026

Up to $75.00 per hour
