About the Role
Support students in a school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide caregiver and staff training.
- Maintain documentation per guidelines.
- Support student communication and social participation.
- Participate in assessments, progress reports, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Deliver training to caregivers and staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- M.S. or M.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility.
- Preferred ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience with K-12 IEP processes is a plus.
- Strong evaluation, therapy, and collaboration skills.
