Certifications

• Speech Therapy/Pathology license
• American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) card
• BLS (AHA only)

Licensure

Must have, or be eligible for, state licensure.

Leadership and Clinical Experience

Assists with the direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of supportive staff, volunteers, and students utilized in the department/facility.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Speech Language Pathology.
• Speech Therapy/Pathology license required.
• Must present license prior to employment.
• American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) card required.
• BLS (AHA only).

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Experience is preferred, although new graduates are accepted for this position. CFY supervision may be arranged.
