About the role

Looking for a school-based SLP position that offers guaranteed pay, exceptional support, and a caseload that matches your interests? Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) throughout Vermont for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the state and have opportunities available serving: Preschool (PK), Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Mixed PK–12 Caseloads, Specialized Programs, Autism Support Programs, Life Skills Classrooms, Inclusive Education Settings. Rather than placing clinicians into a single opening, we take a personalized approach and match candidates with positions based on their experience, preferred age group, clinical interests, schedule preferences, and geographic location. Whether you're looking for an early childhood caseload, elementary students, secondary populations, or a mixed-age assignment, we'll help find the right fit.
