As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will provide in-home therapy to children under age 3. This position offers flexibility with hours and scheduling, allowing you to build your caseload and schedule with the families you work with.
Special Offer: Receive a $500 bonus after 6 months of employment and another $500 bonus after 12 months of employment. Offer valid for candidates who apply between 10/21/2025 and 12/31/2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one intervention with children and their families
- Administer developmental assessments and write reports within designated timelines
- Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting and child development, as needed
- Monitor, document, and share the child’s progress with the family, management, and Service Coordinator
- Maintain personal calendar, meet timelines, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences
- California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Pass complete Livescan fingerprinting and background check procedure
- Ability to service culturally diverse populations
- Comfortable working in homes and through tele-therapy
Pay
Up to $65 per billable hour, with paid drive time and mileage. Eligible employees receive 401K benefits.
