About the Role

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), supporting communication development and academic success.

This position is based in a student-centered charter school, involving a hybrid schedule of office and remote work, with flexibility based on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to speech and language services.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
• Provide mentorship and oversight to support staff.
