About the role
The Speech and Language Pathologist role measures and evaluates language abilities, auditory processes, and speech production, and/or conducts treatment of persons with speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders. Assists the patient in establishing an optimal functional communication system to express physical, emotional, and social needs.

Requirements
- Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- One year of relevant experience preferred

- Valid Driver's License with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy for positions in Home Care
