Speech and Language Pathologist

About the role

The Speech and Language Pathologist role measures and evaluates language abilities, auditory processes, and speech production, and/or conducts treatment of persons with speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders. Assists the patient in establishing an optimal functional communication system to express physical, emotional, and social needs. This role would serve both inpatient and outpatient clients.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required
• Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
• One year of relevant experience preferred

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
• Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred

Pay

$77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year

Schedule

Base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
