Speech and Language Pathologist

About the role

Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team at the location in Philadelphia. Our SLPs provide vital support and services to children in a variety of settings, including our Early Intervention Classrooms, Approved Private School Preschool Classrooms, charter schools, and community-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and identify communication needs.
• Develop IEP goals that support growth and meaningful progress.
• Collaborate and consult with educational staff, therapeutic professionals, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in alignment with best practices and individualized needs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates can be considered.
• Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License required; if CF, provisional PA license applies.
• PDE certification required in most instances.

Qualifications
