Speech and Language Pathologist - (5) full time positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication evaluations.
  • Administer and interpret standardized and non-standardized assessments.
  • Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports that follow district and state guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect services in a variety of settings (classroom push-in, pull-out, small group, individual).
  • Write and develop IEPs, including present levels, goals, accommodations, and service recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements.
  • Attend and collaborate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Complete all required Medicaid documentation, including service logs and session notes, in accordance with district, state, and federal Medicaid billing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
