Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication evaluations.
- Administer and interpret standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Prepare clear, timely evaluation reports that follow district and state guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect services in a variety of settings (classroom push-in, pull-out, small group, individual).
- Write and develop IEPs, including present levels, goals, accommodations, and service recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements.
- Attend and collaborate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Complete all required Medicaid documentation, including service logs and session notes, in accordance with district, state, and federal Medicaid billing regulations.
Qualifications
- Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
