Requirements

• Hold an associate’s degree or higher; OR
• Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR
• Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
• Working computer knowledge
• Able to multitask
• Firm, team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback
• Must be a positive role model for young children
• Excellent attendance record
• Able to follow oral and written instructions
• Able to establish effective schedules and work routines
• Able to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties
