Responsibilities

• Work with small groups of students to reinforce skills.
• Answer questions and provide constructive academic feedback.
• Act as a positive role model for young children.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Establish effective schedules and work routines.
• Work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned duties.

Requirements

• Hold an associates degree or higher.
• OR Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning.
• OR Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment.
