Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, accessibility, privacy, etc. Also removed lines like "If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth..." etc. Also removed "All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills..." maybe that's substantive? It's about job offers based on skills etc. Could be considered part of Pay? But it's not pay range. It's a statement about job offers. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. Should we keep that line? It's about job offers based on skills etc. It's not boilerplate; it's substantive about compensation determination. Might be worth keeping under Pay or a separate section? There's no heading for "Compensation details". Could be included under Pay as a paragraph. However the instruction says only include Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state Pay Range. The extra sentence about job offers is also about compensation. We could incorporate it into Pay section as additional paragraph. Let's include after Pay Range.
Similarly there is line: "The position, Specimen Processing Specialist, will be responsible for performing clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment located onsite with one of our client offices." This is basically a repetition of responsibilities; but it's substantive. We could add to Responsibilities as an extra bullet or paragraph. To preserve all substantive info, we should include it. It's not a duplicate of any bullet exactly; it's a summary. We can add as a under Responsibilities before the list,
