Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis, including managing specimen containers and verifying patient identifiers on samples and test request forms.
• Enter data into the lab information system and ensure correct specimen labeling.
• Prepare aliquots and deliver specimens for testing.
• Centrifuge and dispose of specimens.
• Resolve and document any problems relating to specimen samples, collection, and processing.
• Request and order supplies as necessary to keep materials on hand at all times.
• Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.

Pay

Range starts at $16.00 per hour (pay is calculated based on years of related working experience).

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm (part‑time).
