Key Role

As a Specimen Collector Phlebotomist, you will provide exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory. You will collect patient blood, urine, and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens, process and package collections for shipping, record patient information, resolve specimen concerns, and maintain collection supplies inventory.

Requirements

• Certified phlebotomist with 1+ year experience in the field (experience considered in place of certificate)
• 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a smartphone and computer required
• Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation
• Medical insurance/billing and/or familiarity with medications/diagnostic codes is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Driving Requirements

This position requires regular travel. Employees must possess a valid REAL ID or an acceptable alternative form of identification to comply with government travel guidelines.

Background Check

Pay

The salary range for this position is $20-23/hr, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
